In Drupal 9, using the Folwell web theme, on pages with left navigation, we have found that bigger tables (in this case, tables with more than 5 columns) fall off the page if the resolution is decreased or the browser window width increased. There seems to be a breaking point. In this situation, it does not allow a user to scroll to the right to see the entire table. A user is unlikely to try to resize their screen. I have found that this is true both when a table has been entered in the WYSIWYG as well as with the Folwell table component. An example of this issue is on this page, with each table labeled for what it is: https://onestop-tc.prd.umn.edu/finances/costs/cost-attendance-overview/coa-test-page
