When using the wysiwyg full-window ("Maximize") button in a page layout element, the editing window is offset horizontally and vertically. This can make the text area unusable (you can't scroll the right side into view) and it can make the "Minimize" button impossible to click.

Note that this appears to only be a problem for wysiwyg formatted text areas within a layout tool (Layout Builder, or in our case, Layout Paragraphs, though I've confirmed it's a problem for both) and for standard node formatted text fields with wysiwyg toolbars.

We've patched the wysiwyg on our site (which uses a fork of the Folwell text formatter with Layout Paragraphs), but I'm happy to share the code for the fix if it's useful for solving the problem for everyone.
