Folwell transparent overlay callouts aren't displaying properly

We just noticed that Folwell overlay callouts are broken at the bottom of https://folwell.umn.edu/transparent-image-overlay-callout and on https://arb.umn.edu/flowershow
Switching from "middle" to "full image" on the arb page actually made the white overlay box even smaller.

Rachel Lam We became aware of this issue last week, and OIT will be pushing the fix as soon as possible. However, the current code freeze has introduced some complexity in rolling out the update.
