Full-width buttons have color problems in Equal Height Callouts

The buttons are maroon, but the text is dark red (rather than white), which makes them impossible to read. This is happening on gray & gold callouts.

Just an FYI, the screen grab of Dining Services is what was happening but the live site has been fixed now by editing the link, turning off the button options and then adding the custom CSS class of btn in the Advanced link settings. Trying to change the button type caused other weird behavior such as extra buttons with the URL as the link text after the first button, among a few other behaviors.

We have also come across this issue and noticed it on other sites. A fix is welcome. It was glitchy: we were using the callout method when inserting the button, but when publishing, the font color would turn maroon. We ended up having to copy source code from a button that was showing correctly, and paste into the button we were trying to edit in order for it to work (see student involvement block: https://orientation.d.umn.edu/thedish - it's working now, but we had to use a workaround).
