I have several people on Android phones reporting problems with mobile menus. Sometimes the arrows indicating a submenu are not displayed. It sounds like sometimes they show up at first, but then disappear from the menu. The site owners are also unhappy that they set up their main navigation using empty landing pages with submenus with the understanding that people can't actually go to those empty landing pages, but the mobile menu allows you to click on them, rather than just seeing the arrow for the submenu. (I realize that we can switch out those empty landing pages for <nolink>, but that is going to take extra work & will change URL paths, etc. They want to know why the behavior isn't the same as on desktop.)
