Folwell Components

I noticed today that Folwell accordion items have a "formatted text" box for the item title. Is this a new change? It is causing problems for me, as sometimes people manually add heading tags in that box & then we have improperly-nested heading levels. https://drupallite.cfans.umn.edu/accordion-test is an example of some of the issues I've seen.

Currently, placing individual Folwell Callouts in columns across a page does not fill the whole row to the height of the tallest callout but rather all callout heights are individually determined by the text. I would love to see premade 2-, 3- and 4-column wide Folwell callout groups that would all flex stretch to the same height based on the callout with the longest text (see images - though default would be with padding). The One Stop and MyU links in the mobile footer are hard coded to onestop.umn.edu and the "MyU" text - I suggest the umn-footer.html.twig template be updated to utilize the onestop_link and sfs variables set in Header Options in Appearance/Theme configuration
